Default Laid Down 461whp/404tq (Pump Gas)

Not very active on this forum... but thought id share some numbers I put down last week since I finally finished a few things on my build. My goal for the car was met, so I didn't find the need to push things further. The car is not my daily driver and really only driven on nice days and cars and coffee meets lol

Long story short the car put down 461whp/404tq at 17-18 psi (pump gas) .... needless to say this was a big improvement over my last 3 dyno sessions as I consistently looked to improve things here and there. Unfortunately I do not have a build thread to share but you can see the car and build through my IG acct: j_is3k.

Built, Tuned and Assembled by JMS Racing in San Antonio, Texas.
The set up:

GE Block w/GTE internals
ARP Headstuds
GTE rings, ACL bearings and GTE Headgasket
PTE 6262 Turbo .84 backside
Cx Top Mount Manifold
3" Dp /Mid Pipe and Rear Section Exhaust
BC 264/264 Cams
CX intercooler with piping
HKS Bov
PTE 44mm Wastegate w/Custom dump tube
Walbro 450 pump
720cc injectors
Fuel lab return system
Ralco Pullys
Titan Adjustable Cam Gear
Koyo Raditor
B&M Transmission Cooler
LQ9 Full ignition system - worth every penny!
AEM V2 Standalone w/Dezod Patch Harness and 3 Bar Map
Stock A650E Auto Trans with Valve Body Upgrade

Just thought id add this for those that own the 1st Gen IS and are looking to go down the same path. By no means was the whole process a walk in the park or slap on and go. Its a trail and error process that took many stabs to get it right... since the initial phase of me blowing my stock GE ringlands at 330whp. Hopefully I can add some pics later tonight.

I'm interested in some pics of the turbo and manifold clearance. How does the. 84 fit in these cars? I can't decide on mine! Cars looks Awsome and those numbers are amazing!

Its a bit of a tight fit to be honest. I honestly wish I would have coated the back side and manifold as things get toasty in that area as you can imagine. I do have heat wrap on a lot of parts, but Its still something id like to eventually get to. The .84 back side is great though... the car pulls like a train and keeps gaining up top. 2nd-3rd and into 4th gear are a little all over the place as the car is trying to get traction... so its something I need to do some more passes with to get used to at this power level. The car is no where near some of the other member's big power levels, but I can see the car getting loose real quick if you aren't mindful of how the power is coming. It doesn't help that I don't have LSD either :/

No videos just yet, honestly I've been a little occupied with the F and getting little things for that car along with family/work etc, but def I'll get a few soon. No real plans to go E85 as my goal for the car was met and don't really feel the need to push it further. The power the car makes right now is just right for the street IMO.

Thats awesome. Great job on a nice build. I don't think those R1Rs will last long.
