Question IS300 Motor Mounts Replacement

Hello guys , I'm new to this forum and Im new to my 02 Is300 . I realized both of my motor mounts have been worned out completely . I would like some info on how to replace them properly . I took out the passenger side but I can't seem to get the new one in there . However , I can't lift the motor any higher it doesn't move , any suggestions ? I would really appreciate that .

The motor mount connects to the engine mount. It is held in by 4 bolts. You could always remove them, install your mount and torque everything back to spec

This should help you.

The 4 bolts that hold the mount bracket to the block are 59Nm (590kgf-cm, 44 ft-lbs)
The 2 nuts that go onto the bottom 2 studs of the mount are 70Nm (714kgf-cm, 52 ft-lbs)
I can't seem to find the specs on the top nut of the engine mount. It's safe to assume it is also the same as the 2 nuts on the bottom
