Default Should I buy this IS300?

What do you guys think is a good price to pay for the following IS300?

01 IS300
212k miles
Black with black wheels
In decent shape for the age and mileage

Is there anything I should look for when going to look at this type of Lexus. It drove pretty good when I drove it. Are these cars reliable past 200k? It does have a tiny bit of rust in front of the drivers side rear tire, below the rear door.

Here is a picture I took of it.

Price? If you are about to say between 5k-7k. You can find one with way less millage. Ask for maintenance required when buying a car. Toyota/Lexus major service intervals at every 90k miles. Anyways if it was me buying this car I will pass on it because of rust and a poorly modify car say a lot about the owner care for his/her's stuff.

Thanks for the responses guys. I ended up buying the car for $1000. It surprisingly drives very well and cost nothing in maintenance. I painted the wheels back to silver because the murdered out look was a bit too aggressive. But overall a solid well maintained IS. Here is a pic.

Wow $1000 is ridiculous. You can barely get a running beater for that.
