Default gauge light help

I recently bought a is300 and the gauge light isn't constant it would flicker ever so slightly anyone have this same problem let me know thanks.

which gauge lights are flickering? The whole console?

Yes the whole thing I'm thinking it is electrical. Po has the car wired crazy for subs and amps

unfortunately, when dealing with a previous owners wiring mess, you have no idea what is tied into what... best/safest way to take care of it is to make sure all factory wiring is connected how it should be minus any aftermarket splicing. without knowing the factory harness is okay, you are flying blind.
