Default HELP!!LOW BEAM/ Parking/turn/hazard blinker not working

Hey guys im brand new to this forum and dont even know if im posting in the right area but i bought an 01 is300 a month back and am having a prob with the lights.

1st off their are two headlight sockets that connect to either the fog lights and low beam lights. A red and black one, The red Works fine, but the black is not working at all!! I checked with a multimeter and its not getting any voltage. I checked all the fuzes and i mean all and all work great! i followed the wires back and seems to be in great cond. Im lost, if anyone has any ideas on what it could be please let me know.

Now to my second prob. My high beams currently dont work because no power to low beam socket. But my high beams work great, side markers, and fogs and all rear lights work as well. BUT the blinkers dont work, turn signals dont work, even the hazard dosnt work. When i click it nothing happens. Again i tested all the fuzes in hood and foot compartments and all work.
In the pic i posted. The two side markers ( that i circled in yellow ) i installed these in it

i didnt get the drl or whatever the other one is called thats inside of the low beam .

Anyways Help would be much appreciated. I need this figured out asap
thanks broskies

I think you have everything wired up incorrectly and your bulbs are wrong! I would start off by removing those incorrect bulbs and put in the proper 992 (7440A) turn signal bulbs (circled in yellow). Also, you do realize that there is a housing for both the LOW BEAM and HIGH BEAM, right? The LOW BEAM housing also takes a "CITY LIGHT" bulb which is what you circled in blue. Your DRL (daytime running light) is the same as your HIGH BEAM just powered at 30% while your LOW BEAM is set to off. I'm not sure what any of these have to do with your FOG LIGHTS that you mentioned because those are located at the bottom front bumper and the harnesses shouldn't even cross your LOW/HIGH BEAMS. Your question is very misleading and hard to understand. Here is a list of the bulb types our cars use that might help you out.
