Default Please Help Passenger Tail Lamp Doesn't Work

So I bought my IS 300 yesterday knowing that there was a blinker out. I didn't realize the entire lamp was out. I checked the fuse in the drivers kick panel, and changed the the bulbs but the entire passenger tail lamp does not work. The driver side tail lamp and both trunk lid tail lamps (passenger and driver) work.

Where should I look next?

Thanks

time to start chasing wires - follow the wires from the assembly forward...

see where you stop having voltage... both positive and negative...

I'll look at the wiring diagram tomorrow to see where a junction block is that the wires meet up... being that none of them work, a ground would be most likely culprit...
