ac not working
AC working before dash was removed to change radio. Put back together now just blows
hot air. Everything seems to be functioning, compressor clicks on, the air direction moves around like it should. My son banged on the dash once and it worked for a few minutes. I looked at the wire connections into the control box they all seem ok no broken wires.
What am I missing, what should I check.
Thanks,

There's an "Air-mix" servo located on the passenger side of the car (behind the glove box). Lower the glove box, and switch from cold air to hot and and look for movement. it sounds as though the servo is not engaging (possibly due to not being connected properly?)
looks like this

This should be the part number "87106-30341"
87106-30341 = Air mix servo (used to switch between hot and cold air)
87106-30371 = outlet servo (used when you cycle through the fan modes)
87106-30410 = inlet servo (used when you hit the button to recirculate or use outside air)
I would double check these numbers though...just to be sure.

So I got the air mix servo pulled out and manually moved the diverter and it blows cold air.
Doesn't matter what position I set the servo to when I apply power it moves to the heat position
it wont come back the other way. One direction only. How do I determine if the servo is working correctly?
Could be a control signal not telling it to go back the other way.
I could measure some voltages at the connector if I knew what they are, schematics?
