The Summary

new Clutch Installed. CC Stage 1
Everything seemed to be good

First car on will not go into any gear

After full slave cylinder bleed
Will go into 2nd 3rd and 4th
Poorly. Very choppy and grindy


Will not go into First Reverse or Fifth


What do i do next? I feel like clutch still not fully disengaging
When car is stopped and you start in any gear you feel the car jerk forward a little bit. Very slight

Is my clutch just not fully disengaging? What can i do next? As far as i can tell slave and mC are in good condition
fork travel is about the length of a finger, (sorry not very scientific) basically the rubber boot fully compressed to its natural resting state position maybe 1 inch? (slave cylinder boot)

Any ideas? I am dying here!

adjust your clutch pedal freeplay back to spec.

Sure everything went back together properly? Sure does sound like it isn't disengaging completely...

if clutch pedal is within spec, did you get the right parts? was the flywheel machined properly?
