so i have a 03 is300 with only 80k. the other day when i was driving the car started making this crazy noise from the exhaust like a ricer. it started losing power till she would only do 10 mph at 2500rpm.now it wont go past 2500 to 3000 rpm in any gear and then bogs out and dies.the check engine light is on and the t.c light is flashing. the car has never over heated and has no aftermarket parts if that helps at all. can someone please help?https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/pat.gif

idk if this is it, but i rand ****ty gas from a sketchy place one time and mine 100% stopped going down the highway after loosing rpm. tripped the engine light. idk tho im prolly 100% wrong haha

Crappy gas will make your car run horrible. Also check the codes and then we can get a better idea on whats going on with your car. With the codes we can tell you whats going on. When was the last time you changed plugs, wires, cleaned maf:?

had the same problem last week. Clogged Catalytic converter. Except ultimately, I couldnt go past 2k rpm with 5 mph top speed.
