Arm rest / Dashboard compartment cover?

Hi all -
I don't own a IS, but my sister just got one and she asked me to find out for her if there are any aftermarket arm rests for the IS300's that you guys know of?
Also, I have seen some Altezzas with a cover for the compartment that is above the HVAC controls (directly in the middle of the dash) and I was wondering if there was a "conversion" or something like that for the US IS's.

armrest problem
If you go on www.is300.net and do a search for armrests...
There is a company that will take the little cover near where the driver's elbow is, and upholster it while raising it up. This allows the driver to rest his elbow comfortably.
I don't think it costs that much either.
