Going nut with alignment specs to reduce feathering. Any help?

Those are some of the posts I read through already amongst others to even know this is fairly common on the IS. I just never saw definitave measurements on the fix.

For the person who wanted to see the rear. Here is a screenshot of the full alignment sheet.
I guess I should be happy I have about 15k on them as it is? I can probably get through until the summer with them. I dont really drive much.
Just a ton of noise right now and obvious wear chartacteristics.
for the Blizzaks I only noticed the feathering last winter before the alignment. I havent noticed yet and have been on a couple weeks, but again only time will tell.
My main worry is I know these Falkens are ****. I want to get nicer tires next time around if I keep the car. I just dont want to be replacing higher priced tires soo quickly and have them be noisy half of their life due to wear.
Honestly I only even have these because they were free.
