Default Figured I'd update things here...

Well I'm mainly over on my.IS, but I figured I'd spread my car around since I'm changing it up

Long story short, I'm moving and can't keep my car this height. The wheels look out of place now that I raised the car so I'll be selling them.

I'm about to go take some interior pics so I'll post those later tonight.

I have a few parts to install including maintenance stuff. Doing the 90k + timing belt and installing a Koyo radiator. I have a pair of powder coated lower control arms with Figs polyurathane bushings. Have two digital Dakota boxes to correct the Altezza cluster. Plus an oil pressure sending unit so the oil pressure gauge will work.

I think that is about everything...

I've been living in Joplin, MO and apparently I took for granted our roads. They aren't perfect but I've taken my car a couple places in Oklahoma, Kansas, Nashville, and Arkansas and it was rough.

I'm moving to Fayetteville, AR to finish school up at the University of Arkansas, and the roads suck. Not like potholes, cracks, and things like that suck. But like dips, bumps, curbs, steep inclines EVERYWHERE.

I had ZERO issues driving my car for over 3 years lowered, and I went down there for less than 24 hours and it was a mess. I don't think there is a way to drive any more careful down there.

Basically the only way to get around down there is to raise my car. So for now I've pulled my Vertex kit off. Gonna sell my wheels and pick up some different fitting wheels when I can. Then later in the spring I'll throw everything back on at a different height. It'll be a different look but it'll handle like crazy.

Thanks! I actually think it's an issue with my Vertex front bumper. I bought it used/already painted so I never had any work done to it. My stock front bumper fits perfect still.

Thanks Rey

I actually bought a chrome 3 bar (the one I'm selling) just to see how it looked with the wheels and things like that. I wasn't a huge fan of it so I'm selling it and keeping my satin silver 3 bar grill. But in the mean time I put a stock honey comb 3 bar grill on while I rock the stock look

And yes, I should have kept the MS1's! I could have put 225's and 245's on them, raised the car and been happy.

Oh well, if things work out how I'd like them to I'll end up with a sick set of wheels that I can use later down the road for a more aggressive setup.

I own some SSR's along with my S1R's .. the SSR's just sit on a shelf waiting for their turn one day.. your car makes me wanna try them out! 18x9 +4 and 18x10 +4 ... ughhh lol.

I love all the little things youve done, foglights, and the quality parts youve chose. All comes together to make a remarkable car. Love it.

As always your car looks good Corey. I'm sure it going to look crazy when you figure things out.
