Question How to take front wheels off IS300

Hi all,

New to the forum and I need help in changing the front wheels.

I just got myself some new rims and tried to install. Rears are easy.
Fronts.....took lug nuts off but rim still stick to the disc. I noticed the center piece (towards the inside of the wheel) seems to be some sort of locking mechanism. And its weird shaped so definitely need specialized tool to open.

Does it sound like a shop-only thing?

Thanks

take off lugnuts and give the tire a really good kick....

the wheels is probably slightly seized to the rotor.

there is nothing else holding the two together besides the lugnuts.
