Okay, not sure if anyone mentioned this BUT.....the sportdesign or L-Tuned IS300s come with the Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs Installed from factory, this is why they are 1" Lower.

The overall height was raised about 0.6 inches starting in 2002. http://my.is/forums/f52/2001-2005-is...s-list-228212/. From what I've read, MT springs are 15-20% stiffer than what came with AT equipped IS300's. I've also read that SD IS300's came with MT springs. Only the factory L-Tuned models came with L-Tuned/Pro Kit springs.
