old old pic. i've seen that car before here in FL. its so RICE. intercooler with no turbo, APC gauges and neon lights.

has anyone asked whether this owner was thinking straight? maybe the crack head chick painted herself then didnt want to look too odd so they had the car painted to match...... give her a sense of belonging....... god knows if that was my child or friend I wouldnt claim ownership
