How to remove rear speaker

I have 2001 IS 300, i wondering how do i remove the rear speakers, and can anyone recommend me what is the good set of 6x9 to replace stock one, im still using stock system.

Im using Soundstream and love them. I used ebay 6X9 speaker adapters to make them fit
