so i have had a few pms mentioning i should post up some new pics of the redcent projects i have completed and what not ... since the car is about to change alot with a totally new body kit, a new set of sponsors and is getting prepped for the SEMA show in vegas in 4 weeks.. now is as good a time as any.

I am busting my butt trying to get this done so the car can make it ot the Pursuit event ... this sponsorship just fell into place recently and alot of things have to happen to make it work in a short amount of time... keep fingers crossed..... its ALOT... esp as i just got a new job and have little time for messing about with cars.....

Triangulated Carbon Fiber Trunk Brace bars.
... Saw some of these in another car at a show & decided i should try to see if i could make some... I ended up finding super light weight hollow full CF carbon bars for a Toyota or ? and I modified them to work here... I tied the pass side shock tower to the drivers side Chassis/frame, and then made one simple bar that mounts across the trunk like the PLP trunk bar does.. triangulating the shock brace, pass tower to the chassis/ frame and across to the other side of the Chasis frame...... i am working on two more that will tie the back of each strut tower straight back to the end of the chassis/frame. thus eliminating the trunk from all useful purposes it was intended for.....

not too much really..... kinda like the final frontier.... especially compared to the engine bay & chassis....

seems like i have spent more time leaning over into the engine bay than in the drivers seat driving it...

those halos are the original CCFl From AAC......


the roof spoiler is a chinese knockoff of the Charge speed one .... 2x2 twill vs 1x1 checkerboard weave.

about half the price ... found it on line ...

yea i was going for the roof fin mod but after my double din install they put my GPS antenna right behind my normal antenna so installing that now would be hard. Nice work on the IS
