is this for an IS 300 or your GS?
I know im running 8.5 all the way around right now in my IS with +43, i did add 10 mm spacers on rear so basically +53 but I have no drop and they are 19's, not sure if this will help you or not but this is a link to calculate offset and size fairly easily

If you added at 10mm spacer then your new offset is actually +33.

Im running 225/40/18 on my 18x9, mine was dropped 2 inches before I changed suspension, I rubbed a tiny bit only when turning over a bump. But compared to others who are slammed, my tires are huge, Im not dropped any more( well not as low as before), and I never rub, and without a camber kit, my tire wear is ok, I would suggest a camber kit before you do your tires, that way you can get it aligned as best as possible to make your tires last
