Default limp mode

okay so i have a 2001 lexus is300, and i just bought the o2 delete from token solutions and i plugged it into the sensor and reset teh ecu by taking the negative out for 20 mins, then started the car and my car is in limp mode, my check engine light is on, trac blinks and my abs light is on. i even put the old o2 sensors back in and reset the ecu again and still in limp mode i dont know the codes i am running right now, but i am completely stumped and the is300 is my dailey driver

U couldve set a permanent code... Plug the old sensor back in, cycle the key from off to on 50 times... If there is a permanent code, that will clear it... Assuming you do not have anything seriously wrong... I would wait to try ur delete again until you have access to a scan tool... Pm me if u find out what code you have and need help. Usually only circuit codes happen immediately, so check the pins in your connector also...

Clean the MAF and Make sure you plugged the delete system in the right places. Longer wire we all know goes under the seat but that shorter one goes up by the intake not near the throttle body. Mine works great

yeah i did, clean the maf, with maf cleaner still faulty and the plugs are in the right places but the plug underneath the pass seat has 2 prongs in the plug instead of 4 like the oem o2 sensor, so i was wondering if i got the wrong delete i did order the 01-03 but was wondering if i maybe got sent the wrong one or not.and i still threw the o2 sensor b1s2 code when i plugged the delete in.

Ok now we are getting somewhere. That sensor has nothing to do with the O2 delete. Thats the Bank 2 sensor 1. Because it is number 1 it is a primary sensor. You need to replace it and report back. That would be a sensor before a catalytic converter.

Dont worry how the plugs look, its all it needs to do the job

http://my.is/forums/f114/p1656-ocv-m...estion-379076/

This should help for the ocv code... Not sure what all you have been working on, so read through that... Also, the post above mine is confusing me... To my understanding you have a b1s2 dtc, not a b2s1 dtc correct? This has to be directly related to your delete if it is b1s2...

Also, a 4 wire sensor consists of an o2 signal, o2 ground, heater circuit 12v, and heater circuit ground... If you have an OPEN in these circuits, it will immediately throw a dtc, circuit codes are instant... Do u have an ohm meter? I woud check the resistance across the plug in your delete and make sure there is not an open. Also, what dtc for the b1s2 are you getting? Heater circuit mafunction by chance?
