Yikes. Are you referring to the mud flaps seen on semi-trucks or simply mudguards/splash guards that attach to the back wheel well?
For mudguards, you could check out eBizzle,
lexuspartsnow.com or maybe even Craigslist.
If you are indeed referring to mud flaps then I have no clue as to where one would purchase them for their is300..

I want some for my rear, I take one drive and with my wide rims out back I always shoot crap all over my rear panels. Let me know if you can find some oem ones so I can grab a pair

It's discontinued every where except one place......Netherlands. lol There a couple dealerships that sells. Best bet is to keep an eye out for used ones on here or my.is. New ones from overseas will cost 220ish. I was going to go this route but luckily found a set for sale on my.is already paint matched as well.
