Hey guys. My key fob housing broke TWICE! Both my master keys are done. I was wondering if this happens to you guys too? Both times they broke, because I was cranking the ignition and I guess I'm too buff? LOL

I have broken two. Funny I lost one a few months back and found it today. Too bad I already replaced it, Oh well now I have 2 master keys

I actually had the same issue... anyway i ended up buying 2 keys from Ebay and since it was a pain in the u know what to get them cut, i ended up opening up my old keys. grinding down the plastic that is above the blade of the key until i could push the blade up through the housing. Then u do the same on the ebay key and replace the uncut blade with your original cut one.

Works for me maybe its worth a try for u.

PS it takes some patience but it saved me 200+ bucks from having the dealer cut me new ones.

My key is on the verge of breaking as well. My friend uses her valet key to start her car and the master key to unlock it. To each their own..
