Default What do I need to look for when buying an IS300

Hey all, I am a current ES300, Supra, and Tacoma owner. I am looking at buying an IS300 in the next month or 2. Is there anything I should look for, or need to know about these cars that are common problems, or things that would be an easy fix that may allow me to get a car for less price than usual? I appreciate it and thank you in advance!!!

Working on the IS is as easy as working on your MK3..

That being said just look for one that has been taken care of.. Make sure the tune up/timing belt job has been performed at some point and the trans has been cared for well.

Well i just recently purchased my 2001 IS from the auction. The only two common issues I've had were the faulty head unit and air mix servo.
