bought a set of 4 on ebay for ~50. They are used and slightly scratched but I figure my car is 9 years old anyways

not a bad deal. stay away from the shady areas of san fran or you will probably spend another $50 haha

I live in San Francisco (Richmond District - not "sketchy", but not Seacliff) and have had my center caps stolen three times in the 'hood. I've also noticed other IS300's with the caps gone in and around the neighborhood.

The original poster should buy the caps in the first photo. They pop right in (and out, if you're a thief).

I am going to mark my wheel caps on the inside. If you buy wheel caps that say "The seller stole me", then you'll know they're stolen.

I'm missing 2 wheel caps, they are the star design for sure. I'm also missing my front lexus emblem on the grille. Pretty lame how people are jacking me.

I had the same issue. Walked outside one day and the caps were gone. All 4!!!!!. Searched and searched and after a couple months found an incredible deal on eBay for all 4 caps. And yeah the first ones are the ones that fit.

Someone stole not the cap, but just the lexus symbol off of 1 cap -_-
they also stole 1 lug nut...

Good idea! I had mine all 4 stolen in the Richmond district too. I will do the same to mark my replacement caps. Thank you.
