Default exhaust sounds like a motorcycle :(

at WOT and higher RPM's my exhaust tone reminds me of a motor cycle.
I've got the stock headers/cats then a catback megan racing y-pipe and muffler. I believe it's 2.5" and I believe it has a resonator.

I have a 2.5" straight through Borla ProXS muffler here and was wondering if that would help lower the tone of the exhaust.

Anyone have ideas or need more info?

You mean you have a Megan racing Y pipe and catback? If so try putting the stock Y pipe back on.

I just put 3in piping from i believe the resonator back to a 4in straight pipe tip and it sounds like a deisel. Lol. Its very unique to me & cost me $80 bucks.

there are the 2 heads (2 parts) and they connect to the cats going down. Then the cats connect to the y-pipe. That goes to the resonator and then the muffler. That's my understanding, but I don't know if I'm right. Can someone correct me if I'm not.

Also, I've got none of the stock parts as I bought it used and with this exhaust.

3-4" is way to big for my N/A automatic. I also don't really want it that loud. I just want it deep.

Yea; mine is deep, not loud. Only when you pass 3k rpm's is when you start to notice. Lol
