I think i posted the cost of the bumper in a different thread, I think this bumper was $380 shipped. (I'm selling the other one for $250)
Paint & install was $450, circle mesh grill was $40, clear signals with bulbs was like $20 or less, PIAA lights were $200
I'm gonna make custom brackets.
Gonna use a thick piece of metal
Use sawzaw to chop up the pieces i need
Drill to make the hole to mount the light
And welder to put it all together
Will apply fiberglass resin on the back of the bumper to hold screws which will hold the brackets....
I'll be sure to make a write up and take lots of pictures...

Went to a car meet at Sonic today
Lots of people checking out my car and heard lot of people say "that's hot"
Everyone's asking what kit is on it
I'm like... "Uh... it's 3 different brands" hahaha
They all fit good and look pretty good together though so it's all good.
Some chick came up and was asking me about it too..
I shoulda asked her if she wanted a ride... from me
I'm putting cf hood & hood pins tomorrow, and maybe SD grill too if it's not too difficult to take off the stock grill with this new bumper on there.

Here it is on his old car that was totaled.

It'll look nice on my car too, whenever I get it washed and use a real camera (not cellphone) to take pics.

I think the white is pretty hard to match up. My brother bought his wife's 01 is300 salvaged and had to replace the whole front end and painted it and did a good job painting it except the whole front end, fenders up is whiter than the rest of the car.

When I first put my back bumper on, same thing, the paint looked different, I took it to the shop and almost ripped someone's head off, they told me to wait 2 months and if it's not right they'll fix it.... Sure enough, rear bumper is PERFECT match to the rest of the car. So am anticipating the same thing with the front bumper...
I have no clue how that works but I can show pics for proof. Plus, when i brought the car to the shop I haven't washed it in like a month, and the bumper is fresh clean and newly put on, when I wash the car it will look a little better.
Probably putting on my SD grill and my hyper white DRL bulbs in tomorrow. They are blue bulbs so the DRL housing will have a bluish tint when the lights are not on..
Also I'm sanding the paint off the cross bars on my SD grill so it will have a polished look instead of being all black, just the 2 cross bars..
I should have my other left tail light on monday, then I'll vinyl both tails and take more pics.
