stupid dumb problems with this IS

have someone look the car over and check the intake manifold for vacuum leaks in the hoses, it could be as simple as a small pin hole in a rubber hose causing your idle air control to mess up. has the check engine and trac off light ever came on? could also be you have a bad idle air control valve. its not related to your exhaust because about the only thing that could be wrong in the exhaust sytem is the cats, then you would have an extreme loss of power and you would know it if the cats were gone. i would deff look into a problem with the idle air control system.

well depending on where you are in PA myself and my friend jason might be able to help you out if you need more work done, I live about 20-30 minutes from chambersburg PA and my friend jason lives up near gettysburg PA, just let us know what you need done and we might be able to meet you somewhere and help you out
youll find that lexus owners on here and other forums are all a pretty tight knit group and like to help each other out, like I chill with the guys from Northern Virginia a good bit and we do garage meets where we all meet up and do work on each others cars and stuff so get yourself a good local group and youll be taken care of

He wants to swap rims too. his size are alot bigger than mine too we both have 19s. my specs 225/35/19 all way round. His fronts are 235-35-19s back 275/35/19. Are his specs better suited than mine. These are the tire size recommended by NTB the place he took it to get new tires.

ok I am having the same problem with my car with the AC compressor!!! Went to go turn on the AC in this hot Ga heat and it sounded like all hell broke loose under my hood. Since this has happened my fans have maybe kicked on three times since sunday and they normally turn on when I'm sitting at a light. Bought the car with a 162k on it and have replaced the radiator, water pump, timing belt and changed out headers and new plugs...smh. Is the car getting the proper cooling it needs to run properly and or does this compressor problem affect the performance of the car? Oh yeah IS300 03. Please help I really like this car.
