I posted a thread a while back when I first got my IS300 talking about this problem, and it still happens and i've made no progress at even finding out what it is.. It sounds like it comes from the dash, but there's no specific spot. It does it EVERY time it starts, but it also does it sometimes randomly while the car is off. Like if I park, turn the car off, and sit in it for a while, it sometimes makes this noise again after like 5-10 minutes of being off. if you think you might know anything, please watch the video and let me know if you have any idea! thank you!
