Upgraded suspension on manuals?

i did some research and saw a couple things clarifying that the is300 manual has a different suspension compared to the automatic can anyone clear that up maybe i read some incorrect stuff or is that true?

As far as I know that is not true.

However the '01 IS300 did have a slightly different suspension set-up than the '02-'05. Spring rate or something rather.
