The OEM amp in the passenger kick-panel is bolted in and the bolts are hard to see. It will pop right out thereafter, may have to lay on your back and use a flashlight on the passenger side.

well it took 2hrs but i got it finally.
1.) fold glove box down(push in the back pieces)
2.) take off the top and bottom bolts holding the front of the chassis in place
3.) cut the 2 wire ties that hold the large wire harness to the amp(one on top back and the other on bottom back)
4.) pop off kick panel so you can see the bottom of the amp.
5.) use small phillips screw driver and remove the bottom bracket off the amp
6.) use same screw driver and remove the top bracket from amp
7.) slide the whole amp forward and work on removing the 2 plugs on the back
8.) the push in part of the plug is on the fender side of the amp.
good luck!
now im 1 connector away from having subs!
