Thumbs up *winter setup pix(be kind) (56k mild)

ok so i had to get a set of winter wheels and tires quick. the color i wasnt a fan of(porsche gt3 blue) but the tires rock(blizzacks) and the wheels are true and were dirt cheap including the rubber.

i decided to take some nightime pix.
hope you like.

dont be too harsh!
i know it needs to be lowered. but i cant with the driveway i have.

It's actually looking nice imo! Props for being different... plus it's only for winter, so no one will really care if they don't like the colour.

yeah makes keeping the car clean, much easier!

but i was glad to find a good cheap set up in aspen. (cost me less than the set of tires would have, and it included the wheels!)

Its nice to see something quite different. Ill be painting my TT wheels olive green/white lip, black/red lip, or gunmetal/maroon lip. Alot of people like to bash the idea of doing "risky" colors but c'mon.....theyre WINTER wheels, not car show wheels. I like

its still ironic to me that my blue wheels garner more positive attention and thumbs up going down the road than my 18" enkeis and 19x8 set of finetti. might paint these white next year.

now should i replace the tint...... or leave it off. still not sure. i removed the tint when i bought the car due to bad cigarette smell.

ive had the car for 3 and a half months now still havent seen a single blue is300 on the roads here in colorado. im special(or so my mom says) lol

Looks good. I plan to go with BLK rims, nothing out of the ordinary with my OEM for the winter set up! Looks good what you did and no one will miss you in the snow

well this morning before heading to denver i decided to run by my trusted tire shop, to have them check out the tires before an upcomming blizzard forcasted in the next few days....of course they found a tire leaking from the bead area. so now im running a stock dunlop tire on my stock spare rim.
not thrilled about that. on the inside of the tire you can see where it has been run to low to long(before i got them) sad!!!

so monday i get to purchase another 175 dollar tire. im kinda liking the look of the stock wheel color though. hmmmmmm
