i would take it in theres potential it could be serious or dangerous.
also do you have a manual or auto. if its manual try starting from a stop in first like normal and then try agian starting in second and see if it makes a differance. if its an auto try some things like starting in second if possible or try with snow mode on and then off and trac on and then off.
either way let us know whats up with it.

seriously take it in. i know it costs money but it could end up worth while if it could save you life or car. i know thats a bit dramatic but imagine its the barring in the wheel which it could be and it locked up after heating up on the highway doing 60 or faster your car could flip or just shot straight off the road with out warning. its realy dangerous.
btw did you try the things i mentioned. let me know. i'm not a certified tech yet but i'm studying. and i could help you narrow it down, it would be easyier if i were there but sence i'm not i'll try my best. i need to know all of the conditions this happens. i would also not recomend driveing alot untill its fixed or cleared by either an ase mechanic or toyota/lexus tech.
i'm leaning more twards brakes or barrings. also have you guys tried getting an allignment or checking the brakes try getting to about 40 on a straight flat smooth road let go of the wheel if it pulls to the right a little thats useualy normal if it goes to the left think about getting an allignment, and if it pulls right alot then do the same. now while still at about 40 with hands off of the wheel press the brakes, not so soft that you dont realy slow down but not so hard that you lock up the brakes either. it should not pull to either side unless you not on a flat road. if it pulls then there is a problem with either the brakes or allignment or both.
let me know whats going on.
and agian i realy reccomend takeing it in to the dealer and if the clear it and something is still wrong then they should cover it or they can fix it.
