Changing brake pads on '01

I just finished reading the DIY on changing the pads on a 350. Is it that easy on a '01 300?

yeah i just changed mine and cut the rotors(i work at a dealer) but if you wanna change just teh rotors its a total of four bolts two on each side compress the calipers on each side and you are good. theres two anti-rattle clips that are a little goofy but no big deal
