LEXUS IS250/metallic noises,inferior inside trim/customer satisfaction 0
Inspite of many complaints about problems i was experiencing with car both dealer and lexus"customer satisfaction"declined any responsibility and flatly refused to offer any assistance.Only by chance &perseverance I found out that Lexus was aware of the problem but failed to notify me to take the car in for the required repairs.When confronted, the excuse was they do not keep track of complaints.Obviously that is not their priority in the "pursuit of perfection"but they seem to keep track of anything else that can promote more$$.It seems that the customer satisfaction dept is there only in name, but they do not offer any help to the consumer and do not take legitimate complaints seriously.I wonder what is the reason of their existence?
