I went up to Willow Springs this weekend for time trials. It was a lot of fun. This was my second time at that track and this time I had the power to back me up on the straight aways and out of the corners. I cant wait for the next track event! My friend took a a bunch of pictures.

Here is a pic of my friends M3. He was the fastest car out there exculding a porsche GT car and he was even giving him a run for his money! His motor is stock too! Another M3 that was there had a supercharger and he came over and asked him what kind of forced induction he had! LOL Shows you how big a factor driver skill is! He took me for a ride and he was bending corners at over 120mph!:eek: I let him take my car for a spin around the track and he was much faster than me out there in my car.


There was one other Lexus out there representing Its a Gs300 and he was pretty fast out there


Another one of my friends that came up. He is also an experienced driver and he was pretty fast out there.

This M5 was right in front of me when he spun out and flew off the track going 90+mph. His car almost rolled! Its a good thing I kept a little distance on him. It looked like he bent his rims and messed up his new paint job pretty good.


This NSX spun out when he was right behind me on turn 1. Nice ride though..

I didnt get a video this time.

Yup.. its Area 51's carbon fiber vented hood. Ill post a better picture of it soon...

Ok.. here is a few pics of the carbon fiber hood. My car is pretty dirty so it really doesnt do the hood justice. It really lets the heat out with the vents...especially with a supercharger. You can feel the hot air just rushing out. Another thing I liked about it was the black trim around the whole hood. It fits almost perfect.
