Ok guys, I am pickin my car up from SRT next fri. Stage 2 will be in and running, numbers and pics will be released after that. FOR anyone in the area of PA,NJ,NY I will be racing the battle of the imports at ATCO 8/26 in NJ. I am not sure what to expect time wise but the intial stages of power for 1-4 have been upped a bit so you will get the info soon enuff. I would be happy at low 13''s and it should be possible once I get used to it.

I wil be racing on street tires, and NO LSD

Hey Brian I read somewhere that the stage 2 piggyback is out is this true. They also said that it was $75.

it is the Race ecu that is out soon and can be ordered, the stage 2 ecu is the higher model and will be out in a few more weeks

fairuza11 can you tell me the different between Area 51 supercharger and SRT supercharger. I want to get one but don't know which one to get. SRT supercharger price is lower than Area 51 supercharger.

there are only small differences between the two setups. Both use a Centrifugal type supercharger, A51 uses a Vortech V1-s and we make our own(SRT) which is comprised of a custom made blower and impeller and a custom gear housing. Both setups are simliar in look and are capable of puttin out good numbers.I beleive the A51 stage 1 kit was somewhere around the 259-265 at the wheels which is very goodSRT stage one wil be some where in the 250 range at the wheels maybe alittle more. I am not sure about A51 stage 2 kits but SRT should be somewhere around the 300 rear wheel horsepower range. stage 2 from SRT will be in the 5,500 range and that is with an intercooler, stage 3- 4 numbers will be much more and more info will be posted at alater time.

Thanks for the input fairuza, so you would recommand SRT supercharger, how much more is it to upgrade to stage 2 supercharger. And I have the SRT HiFI intake would it still work with the supercharger? Do you have any pics of the supercharger for the SRT? Sorry for asking so many questions. I am new at this.

Changster-- the questions are kool man no worries..I am not a Biased person nor would I try to persuade you either way, the descision is yours... My best advice to you would be DO RESEARCH.... call MO aat SRT and talk to him .. tell him Brian told you to call and discuss the SC and then Call A51 and talk to them, make your descision based on what info they give you and price and personality of the tuner you are dealing with, cause they may make good product but you might not like the person ya know...I have ran into that before, so to be safe call ppl and get to know them and the product...
