Rattle from door and sunroof - still in shop

After almost 2 weeks, the dealership is still working on my rattling noises from my door and sunroof. Is this normal that it's taking them so long to fix a simple problem?

can't you ask them for status and why it's taking so long?

i personally haven't left my car there for more than 2 days
