Default SAFC Ratio & cam gear setting

For you people that have an safc tuned, what ratio did you guys go with? What is considered safe and dangerous. If you guys have dyno graphs, I would appreciate it if you can post it

For you people that have an exhaust cam gear tuned, what setting did you guys go with? How much degrees and did anyone every advance their cam gear? If so what would happen? thx guys

These types of settings aren't prepackaged, you need a tuner to get the most out of those mods and for it to be done correctly.

The 13-14 to 1 range is good for the SAFC.

Most of what I have seen for the exhaust cam gear is around 5-6% retarded.
