What's up everyone
What's up everyone,
I'm a new (almost new) IS300 owner. I bought a black 2002 with 5270 miles with all options except navi, back in Nov. 2004 for a helluva price! I already have 8800+ miles on my baby. Even though it's still stock, I'll get pictures up soon. I like sleeper cars so when I do hook mine up....I'll be able to take a vette without him knowing it!
I found out about ClubLexus from a flyer I found on my car while I was Altamonte Mall in Florida. It's a flyer for the meet at Old Town in Kissimmee. If I get time I'll be there!
Anyway, my name is a Lonnie (I'm a guy by the way) .

Hey Lonnie, and Welcome to ClubLexus! We're glad to have you! You should definately go to the meet, we have awesome members here and they will treat you like they've known you for years I promise. Take a look around on the site and feel free to post and join in the fun. Although I must warn you, one side effect of this site is you will have sudden urges to spend money on awesome mods for the car!

Hey amy011079
Thanks for welcoming me amy011079. Nice ride by the way.
For mods:
Engine: Supercharger (Stage II) from TurboEast.
Wheels: Racing Hart Type C5 http://www.thailander.com/auto/wheel...rt_C5type3.jpg ...if I can find them or have them custom made in black..
Audio/Video: DVD video in sun visors and headrests. Ipod ( http://www.vaistech.com/aic100i.html )
I like to keep it simple. I want a sleeper car...

Hey rominl
What's up rominl,
I haven't done the mods yet....but I will sometime this year or next because I definitely have to watch my wallet. The ipod will definitely be first and then the others things will follow after I buy my next car. I'm going to keep my IS300 for when I want to play.
Thanks for welcoming me.

What's up...thanks for welcoming me!
Thanks DaveGS4 for more info on the meet. That post is huge! I'm going to try my best to make. My schedule stays pretty hectic. It's been kind of slow this week but things change daily.

You're probably right! I remember for the first month I would get up at 1 am and just start driving without any idea of where I was going. Plus, my foot got a lot heavier after buying it. I kind of slowed down because the realization of how much gas costs and how much I was using finally set in. I used to drive a Honda Accord which got crazy gas mileage. So now I save my long drives for the weekend.
It's 3:49 in the morning...it's time for some sleep..
