SPORTCROSS THREAD
Hello there,
I have been a member here for a while, and usually stay in the SC and LS forums. However, my long running honda accord wagon is just hit 278K miles, and I want to replace it.
I am thinking of a IS300 Wagon used. I see them advertised for 23-28K all day long.
However, I don't know much about them.
Are there any good/bad years that I should look out for. I noticed the 2004 have some ugly mesh wheels, is that standard? I like the older 5 spokes better.
What should I be expecting to pay for one that is sub 30K miles?
I will buy one that is lighter color (white/silver/red/yellow). No black or charcoal for me, too hard to keep clean.
Any help in my purchase decision would be helpful. I don't need the car tomorrow. I heard there is the new IS coming, from reading this forum today, and would it be wise to wait a while, to see if prices drop more?
Thanks again kind gents.

I am talking to her, and she has been incredibly helpful.
However, I am sort of lost on the price. Invoice on KBB on the sportcross is 27,500.
If people are paying invoice for sportcross, is that the amount I should be looking at?
After the confusion is gone, hopefully I can make a deal with her by X mas
