Lexus explains its factory leasing programs in detail on the lexus.com website. Check that site out or talk to Lexus Financial Services at 1-800-874-7050 or 1-800-286-0653. Here on the CL forum we probably can't give you a specific lease figure or payment on a specific car......IS300's and SportCrosses (if SportCrosses are still in production) generally run anywhere from 31K to 37K brand-new, and of course the difference between that price new and residual may vary from car to car. The lexus people may be able to give you more specific figures on specific price ranges. If not, maybe they can refer you to those who can.

I leased mine aug 29th and the 36 month residual was 51% and the 42 month was 47%. The 42 month was cheaper because the money factor was so low, .0006.

And lease programs/residuals change all the time so a lease done last year on August 29th is not the same as this year. A lease payment is also determined by the money factor as well as the residual. Sorry I meant July 29th of this year, so 3 weeks ago. Money factors and residuals do change, money factor is the one that changes mroe during a year.
Yeah a lot do effect both those numbers and I forgot to mention. I had been looking at so many cars and their numbers that I totally forgot all the knowledge I used to get my car.
Research leasing if you haven't done it before. Months, type of car, and miles all effect residual. I got an 04 with sports design and no navi with 12k a year for 42 months. Less miles a year would increase your residual and shorter time would do the same. Going from 42 to 36 month would change the residual 47% to 51%.
