Default Fix or not to Fix

Hello everyone im new to the lexus community, i currently own a 97 ls400 coach edition and the starter is going bad on it as i have done some research. I work at a car dealership and i found a 2002 is300 with 127k on it its going for 4.2k the engine light is on and has 4 codes which are p0440 p0442 p0715 and p0763. i want to buy the is300 but idk if its worth fixing the starter on a car i own to financing this is300 with all the codes that are currently on it. I have driven it around in their parking lot and i am not mechanically inclined i didnt feel any struggle to shift in the gears as i drove and the "paddle shifting works fine" I just want to know which makes more sense my ls currently has 151k.

thank you all.

I googled each code ending with IS300. There are links about p0440 and p0442 are evap emissions BS. either vaccum leak, bad gas cap and cats or o2 sensors. The other 2 codes are little more complicated. Those codes i would do research on and determine if its cheaper to fix the starter, or jump into a car that will cost you more in the long run.
