Default 2jz is300 into 65 mustang trouble

So im not sure where to put this if its in the wrong area i apologize. Im am however looking for some help on the build i have been working on for the last 2 years. I have put a 2jz from a 2002 is300 into my old 65 mustang that i blew up a long time ago. Long story short i have everything in the car but im trying to get it to crank and it has injector pulses and spark but it sputters here and there but never catches.

Specs:
Running jzs155 ecu (immobolizer kicked me in the rear with the 2002 Is ecu) p/n 89661-3a130
engine is from 2002 is300
w58 tranny attached

Sensors not Plugged in:
evap is scrapped
vta2 isnt wired up yet
no maf sensor
etcs-i is bypassed (throttle body modified to allow accelerator pedal full control)
ecu is OBD1 22pin (have not located an obd1 22 pin female yet to plug in) so no code check yet.
isc;2,3,4 (Do i need idle control to start?)
*STA and NSW might be wired wrong as i dont fully understand how they are supposed to be wired* --->they plug into a relay that either opens or closes the circuit depending on whether i'm starting or not. (one pin puts out 12v the other puts out 5v)

Sensor checked:
Crank is at 2200 ohms
cam is at 1100 ohms
injectors (stock) are at 14.6 ohms
Injectors checked with noid light they blink

Sensors plugged in:
cam
crank
vta
knk1 and 2
temp (under the water outlet right side of motor)
OCV
oil level

Now i'm assuming I have spark because when I spray starter fluid into the intake I will get a backfire originally. I do have what appears to be small backfire out the intake while turning over. For the most part though she stutters and appears to crank but never catches. I have double and tripled checked my wires and power to ecu but i'm at a lose of what to check or do. I understand my build is a little wacky and hard to follow but I tried to keep everything in spec with the wiring diagrams provided. So its as close to stock as i can get it. I feel i'm close and would love to hear her run finally. I imagine many of yall are much more experienced than I am at these motors (first motor that's not carbureted) so i figured i would come to the source and ask for help and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Interesting project you got there, I've always wanted to try swapping in a 2jz-gte into a foxbody myself

As for your problem I think you should wire in the MAF sensor so the ecu can see how much air is going into the engine and adjust fuel accordingly. The MAF sensor is a requirement for these engines unless you're running a full standalone ecu.

Appreciate the response. I have a maf on the way and will end up wiring it in. However after retesting everything we noticed there is no spark coming from coil 2 and 3 and coil 1 when hooked up to a light was oddly sporadic. Ordered another ignition module. Also If this is helpful for anyone i couldnt seem to find it on the site but the IGT1 IGT2 and IGT3 signal seem to sit at .25v and spikes to 1v whenever the ECU sends the signal to the igniter for spark. Hopefully that will be helpful to someone who is trying to figure out ecu/igniter problems.
