Bad Gas Mileage?

Could it be my car in specific or does our IS300's have pretty bad gas mile averages?
Anything I can do to improve gas mileage other than regular oil changes and maintenance?

don't be racing around and driving crazy, get oil change, air filter, make sure tire pressure is correct

too tired to think, will ad more later
