I have an extra set of 2006 IS350 wheels and tires would they fit on a 2001 IS300?

Go with a 235 or 245 width on the rear and you should clear. Or go to my.is to see what others have for tires on their sets.

On IS350s:
on 17" alloys, rears are 245 stock
on 18" alloys, rears are 255. I assume you have the 18" rims.

I venture to guess that 18s are common in sunnier areas, and 17s in the snowier areas. I didn't see any 16s on any 1IS here in cali until an ohio car was traded in.
