I get a slight ringing noise when the windows are rolled down and I'm either charging(braking) or in EV mode. If I am in drive and EV mode on a steep incline the car will make this noise constantly even though I'm not moving. It is not the fake noise from the speaker to warn pedestrians. That noise stops when you stop moving forward. Is it a electrical noise?

Car seems to work great. Sounds like a bad bearing. Is this normal for you other 300h drivers? Can't hear it at all with windows rolled up.

Ours does not make such a noise, and I would certainly be concerned if it was doing that. What is running while at a stop? Air conditioner motor perhaps? I wouldn't think it would be any part of the drive train as all the components, including the internal combustion engine, should be quiescent at a stop. The fact that an incline seems to exacerbate it would suggest it is part of the drivetrain however. I'm sorry, I realize I'm not being helpful at all, rather just thinking out loud.

I assume a visit to the dealer is in your near future. Please let us know what they find.

You may be hearing the wine from the motor/generator. If it is slight, it is normal. It almost sounds like a turbine. Hope this helps.
