Default Check VSC and all warning lights on

I just bought a 2007 400h from a dealer earlier today. While driving home the check vsc message as well as all the warning lights on the dash came on. I've read some things about an inverter recall and other issues. Is there a more obvious fix that I don't know of? What are my options to find out if it is an inverter issue? Basically any help would be great because I really don't know how to handle this situation, and I'm hoping it's not something serious.

Well when mine came on like that the main big battery had failed and they had to replace it under warranty. Did you purchase from a Lexus dealer or another car dealer? Do you have any type of warranty from the dealer? It needs to go directly to a Lexus dealer to have it checked.

I bought if from another car dealer. There is no warranty on the car. The car still drives fine but I worry about driving it with all the warning lights on

It's probably just the 12V battery under the hood. Try a new one first before doing anything else.
