Question Park Assist - No more Beeps!

Checking out the camera screen on my RX400h and pressing some of the icons with regard to the reverse parking and parallel parking when in reverse gear, when I went back to the 'normal' screen, the sensors now no longer 'beep' when I'm reversing.
Have I pressed something I shouldn't have?

I just bought my 400h and it never has beeped! I would like it to...does it normally beep when you're getting close to something or just to let you know you're reversing?
Thanks!

Yes, it has always Beeped and get quicker and then goes into a continuous beep when you are almost on an object behind you.

Does your RX have the Park Assist option? If not, it won't beep when getting close to objects.

The Park Assist is usually an optional extra.
Dawn, great photo, I thought you'd cracked it, but those choices do not show up on my screen. Bearing in mind that it is the UK version and a 2006 model.

That button is only for the beep sound while using the touchscreen.

The original poster is from the UK. They never offered park assist (sonar sensors) on the second generation RX400h in the USA. They started offering this on the third generation RX450h.
