Default worth getting? CPO RX450h

I saw a 2010 rx450h at Sewell Lexus in Dallas. It has 29k miles on it, and it is a CPO.

2010 RX450h
Navi
Comfort
Park assist

the asking price is 34,488 with 3yrs/100K miles warranty. Is this a good price?

Also, from speaking with an agent, I found that the front bumper and the side fender was repainted. He said that carfax is clean, but it could from the owner fixing the car himself. Everything checked out by Lexus.

I would walk away from a vehicle that has been involved in an accident. Carfax does not always report accidents, particularly when no airbags were deployed.

True but not all accidents are the same. Cracked bumper cover or scratch on a side panel isn't a reason to walk away from a good deal. Just means there's more homework to do. Any good mechanic will know what to check for 'paint broken on screws in engine bay, etc to come to a decent conclusion about the extent of a prior accident. But yes, anything happening in the front should make you think frame damage and cause concern.

OP, you'll need to decide the value of this deal based on others in your area.

actually, I am looking for an rx350, but ran into this deal. Low miles plus CPO, and most of the features that I am looking for. I compared it to what we could get around here and it is second to the lowest. Is 34,488 a good price?
