2014 LED Headlamps - AFS and Intelligent Hi-Beams?
Does any one know if they brought back Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) and Intelligent High-Beam Headlights (IHB) for 2014? I know they removed them in 2013, and I don't see anything in the manual, but I see it in a description of a car on the Lexus Search website.
Go here and click on the first car and you'll see what I mean. It's a premium package car with LED headlamps. Not sure if it's a mistake or not.

Another place of confusion (and I know this site is not a complete source of Lexus) is

You'll notice that under LED Headlamps, it shows AFS & IHB

doesn't show AFS nor IHB

I just took delivery of a 2014 RX450h. I can tell you I asked about those options and was told they are no longer available. If they were I would have ordered them.

I have found the Lexus press release to be a pretty authoritative source for what's new in a given model year. The 2014 RX450h release is here and states:
New for 2014
The available Pre-Collision System now available on the front-wheel drive model and now features Pre-Brake and forward warning collision system.
Premium Package now features sustainable Matte Bamboo trim and steering wheel for black or parchment interior.

I still have my 2010 RX450h, one of the 1st produced of the Gen III series and it has the Intelligent AFS HID lights. They work great (for me) and have had no issues whatsoever so I'm having trouble understanding why others are adding them and Lexus is removing them. I also have the new 2014 Corvette which has the HID's but sadly not the AFS system. Anyway, HID is the way to go IMO.
