Default Off roading upcoming setup

I was looking turn this car into a off road beast
I am going to install bull bars in guards in the back
Upgrade the tires to RFT and change the rims to 19-21" I'm not sure what size would be best any help?
Install hid light bars on top
Install a winch
Get coil overs
I have machine shop buddy who is making me a steel underbody
Maybe just maybe do e85 tune
Upgrade the radiator
Upgrade the suspension
Do a matte black plasti-dip I have a friend who own a body shop who said its a cheap and reversible way to make the car look good
Get better plugs
Get a typhoon intake
Sway bar disconnect
Traction controls disable by a lexus tester tool
Lockers ( slip differential)

All this with $15000
Budget

Warning - the manual says the RX hybrid is not designed for off-road driving!

Not sure the RX400H is going tombe an offroad beast even with modification. Would think seriously and try and get some expert advice would hate to see you with some really big bills and and a totalled car.

Good Luck
Chris

NO way, the CVT tranny is not designed for that kind of abuse.

if you have a 15k budget.... why not buy a used jeep for like 10k and throw 5k worth of mods at it? would be A LOT better off road.
